  • Overview

    Promote and facilitate learning and development initiatives that strengthen our business and its people, continuously shaping a meaningful employee experience across UK (60%) & International (40%).


    *Please note: this is a 12 month maternity contract*



    Learning & Development (UK)

    • Act as internal consultant to HR Operations, employees and managers on individual learning and development interventions, promoting best in class personal development planning
    • Manage the delivery of the learning catalogue, building customised offerings for UK on top of core international offering, driving a clear communications strategy for best engagement, measuring ROI and other learning insights for future catalogue enhancements
    • Support the digital upskilling programme, Digital Uncovered, as / when needed
    • Collaborate with HR Operations on design and delivery of a creative and impactful intern programme, ensuring that communications, return on investment and insights gained year over year


    Employee Experience (UK)

    • Collaborate with HR Ops on value add programmes around the employee lifecycle, which could include a new hire experience and return to work initiative that reflect our culture and equips new joiners and returnees for success at every level
    • Oversee the content and delivery of Masterclasses, ensuring a minimum of 6 per year face to face in house; package content for virtual delivery
    • Support the roll-out of performance management solutions, adopting new measures and communications as needed
    • Champion broader engagement initiatives such as employer branding and employee engagement work, with a specific focus on the London office experience and culture


    Talent Development (UK + International)

    • Support the design and delivery of global and local talent programmes, such as Amplify, Featuring and Maximising Your Potential


    Strategic Ad Hoc Projects and Systems Support (UK + International)

    • Serve as key point person across strategic OD projects, such as Corporate Punk and Talent Factory as needed
    • Oversee the maintenance of Mainstage, our internal development portal, and any site or new feature development plans
    • Oversee integration of Bridge, the learning management system within Mainstage, and other tech advancements into learning solutions, building content & utilizing functionality as needed
    • Serve as the Super Admin Equalizr expert, our employee engagement app, recording and reporting on usage globally
    • Manage the psychometric distributions, such as EI Profiling, Birkman, 360 as needed

    Person Specifications


    • Experience in a client facing role, dealing with general learning queries
    • Familiarity with development courses, leadership modules and coaching practices
    • Strong understanding of  administration processes, specifically using Microsoft and Purchase Order or Invoicing systems
    • Excellent personal organisation skills
    • Strong administration skills
    • First class communications and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritise based on fast paced business requirements
    • Flexibility and adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
    • Ability to identify and highlight problems providing viable solutions
    • IT and HR Systems experience, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Learning Management System experience
    • Friendly approach to assist employees queries
    • Cooperative and respectful to team colleagues enabling delivery of business objectives
    • Curious and avid learner
