• International Marketing Manager (Spanish speaking)

  • Overview

    The main purpose of the role is the role is to support Latin repertoire owners with marketing, promotions, and artist relations of Latin artist priorities around the world, outside of the Latin-Iberia region.


    (1) Work with Latin repertoire owners and internal partners to develop marketing campaigns tailored to the artist and music.

    (2) Work across international marketing teams, Latin rep owners, sales partners and agencies to implement successful marketing campaigns.

    (3) Effective and efficient communications on marketing and sales updates to senior staff and international affiliates.



    • Launch Planning. Work with relevant label, artist management and foreign markets to develop launch plans, ongoing marketing campaigns and artist development strategies for international releases
    • Content Strategy. Conceive an online content strategy to drive awareness and community.
    • Marketing Strategy. Work with local marketing teams across international territories to execute marketing plans over the course of a release cycle, and overcome local challenges..
    • Sales. Partner with international digital sales team to develop and roll out artist and product specific digital campaigns - via streaming, download, mobile (to include pre-release, video/song premieres, CPC campaigns, etc)
    • Seek out, set up and oversee artist promotional opportunities such as media interviews, photo shoots, showcases, and fan events.
    • Run weekly sales and status reports for responsible artists.
    • Document and report progress and sales to senior team, markets, senior management and artist management.

    Person Specifications


    • Must speak fluent Spanish
    • Multi territory international sales and marketing experience.
    • 3+ years entertainment industry experience
    • An understanding of Latin music and artists
    • Strong communication skills.  
    • Impeccable organizational and multitasking skills
    • Ability to rally support with internal and outside partners
    • Analytical skills (social, streaming, and sales reports)
    • Highly organised and can multi-task while remaining calm under pressure.
    • Diplomatic attitude to manage numerous stakeholders to successful outcomes
    • An entrepreneurial mind-set. Innovative and creative.
    • Ability to prioritise workload, goals, targets and time, and to work independently.
    • A team player that can be relied upon to participate as needed during busy periods.
    • Love of music.
