Please note: this is a 12 month contract
Delivery of all new releases across digital formats to digital retailers in time for release date. Maintain release schedule and manage expectations with allocated label.
Day to day Operations management of allocated DSP’s. Build relationships with DSPs and have good understanding of their services.
Point of contact for allocated labels with responsibility for supporting and guiding them with their digital operational needs.
Attend weekly scheduling meetings with labels and release planning to ensure that all releases are effectively delivered through digital supply chain.
Liaise with Digital Operations Manager, Digital Sales, Labels and DSPs to ensure any delivery issues are resolved and implement necessary actions in systems.
Pricing of new release and catalogue campaigns. Project management such as artist clean-ups.
Build relationship with Release planning, Digital sales and IT to understand their working practices.
Utilise all relevant IT and reporting systems for adhoc reports; investigations and project work.
Updating operational guidelines and FAQs
Assist with team with timed release/premieres and project work such as X-Factor.
