NOW Music+ is an exciting new music service for the UK. Built on the success of the global reaching, NOW That’s What I call Music brand – taking its first steps on to the music streaming stage, and it carries weight as the original curator. NOW Music+ is established in the UK. We are a small and dynamic team who run with a start-up mentality within Sony Music.
We have a rare opportunity for a Senior full-stack developer to join our new tech team at Sony Music’s offices and contribute to the development of the industry’s most innovative approach to the mainstream digital music market. Our products are built using modern frameworks and tooling, including Laravel, React and AWS.
We’re looking for an innovator, a developer with passion and experience in both back and front-end development and good knowledge of the latest tools, methodologies and best practice. You will play a leading role in our development, implementing new features, improving performance, and building a beautiful product and experience for our user-base. You will become an advocate for the NOW Brand, the NOW Music+ service and a champion for our platform and technology.
This role will coordinate all relevant operational tasks for the Digital Sales team, working closely with regional affiliates, operations teams (both central and local), release planners, Bus Ops, IS&T and retail partners to manage the execution of promotional and commercial activities for new and catalogue releases across major global digital partners.
The CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting various aspects of Sony Music’s CRM solution while participating in trouble-shooting/analysis, documentation, system testing, user support & user training. This person must work with minimal supervision in a team-based environment and exhibit strong communication skills (written & verbal) in order to interact effectively with fellow team members, business users and other IT groups.

This role will primarily support Insanity and Relentless labels and will involve daily interaction with the Label Management, Marketing and A&R teams. The role requires a person who enjoys spending time with the business and has a proactive attitude to understand the key commercial drivers of the financial performance of the business.
The Visual Creative team services all of the record labels within Sony Music; commissioning photo shoots, album artwork, and music videos for our artists. We’re looking for a Creative Assistant to provide administrative support to the team, to ensure the smooth running of our department.
The ideal candidate is hard working, able to multi task & prioritise, and has a passion for creating content. They should have experience in an office setting, with a strong concept of professionalism and discretion, as we work with high-priority artists on a daily basis.
The role requires continual liaising with contacts - within the building and external clients - and so strong social skills & well-mannered email etiquette are essential.
